Kaycee Rowe,a recent BGSU graduate with her masters in exercise physiology, works with her Edge clients with FMS testing.

What is FMS testing?
Functional Movement Screening is a tool used to evaluate fundamental movement patterns and bring to light any movement deficits. When athletes are not moving correctly and making compensating movements the risk of injury is increased.
After an athlete completes the FMS test Kaycee is able to design workouts specific to the athlete to address these weak areas, reducing the risk of injury.

FMS testing is not intended to diagnose orthopedic problems but rather to demonstrate opportunities for improved movement in individuals.

Kaycee is available by appointment call to schedule today!
