Senior Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It has lasted for decades because it delivers results. The Step is a 4inch raised platform, upon which you step up and down to music. This 20 minute workout can also be done by stepping on the floor. Ten minutes of stretching follows the step workout. This class is a fun low impact way to get in shape. Please join us!
